Èze is three places, not one: Èze Village (the medieval pile of stones at the top of the cliff), Èze-sur-Mer (the beach at the bottom), and the Jardin Exotique (the cactus garden at the very top). They are linked by a road that is glorious to drive in good weather and tense in fog. The transfer takes twenty to twenty-five minutes from the airport.
The Moyenne Corniche is the access road and has the famous views — Hitchcock filmed To Catch a Thief here. We always recommend the front seat for guests prone to motion sickness.
