When you make a booking we collect the information required to operate the transfer — your name, contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email), pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, number of passengers and any special requests (child seats, accessibility, luggage).

When you visit our website we automatically collect basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics, and we use local storage to remember your language preference and cookie choice.

We use your booking information exclusively to confirm, operate, and follow up on your reservation. We may use anonymised, aggregated technical information to improve the website and our service.

We will never sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

We share the minimum information necessary with our chauffeurs to operate your transfer (your name, pickup details, contact number). We use Mapbox to power address search and routing — your search queries are sent to Mapbox subject to their privacy policy.

When you reach us on WhatsApp, the conversation is governed by Meta's privacy policy as well as ours.

We keep booking records for the period required by French accounting and tax law (currently 10 years for invoices). Communications and inquiries that don't result in a booking are kept for 12 months and then deleted.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@azur-elegance.travel and we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we've mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data-protection authority).
