Terms of Service

A booking is confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp (or email) with a confirmation message that includes pickup time, vehicle class, and price. Prices quoted before this confirmation are estimates only.

For zone-based routes (e.g. Nice Airport ↔ Monaco) the quoted price is fixed and includes tolls, parking, and one hour of waiting time at airport pickups. For distance-based routes, the price is calculated from the actual road distance and confirmed before the trip.

We accept cash to the chauffeur, bank transfer (IBAN sent on confirmation), and major credit cards via secure link. Corporate clients can request 30-day invoicing.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made directly to the chauffeur on arrival.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50 % charge. No-shows are charged in full.

In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to reschedule at no charge.

For airport pickups we track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time at no charge. We include one hour of free waiting time after the scheduled landing.

For city or hotel pickups we include 15 minutes of waiting time. Beyond that, additional waiting is billed at €30 per 30 minutes.

We reserve the right to substitute the booked vehicle with one of equal or higher class without notice and without affecting the price. The chauffeur assigned to your transfer is selected based on language, route, and availability.

Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect. Smoking, food, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the vehicle without prior agreement. Any soiling or damage requiring professional cleaning will be billed at cost.

AZUR ÉLÉGANCE TRAVEL is fully insured for passenger transport. Our liability is limited to the cost of the transfer in case of service failure. We are not liable for missed flights, missed connections, or indirect losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, road closures, force majeure).

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /legal/privacy.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the courts of Nice, France.
